How Qatar QDC online Appointment Works ?

    click on "sign up & Register a profile"

    Complete the Online Form

    fill the form and upload mandatory Documents including :

    1. Qatar ID / Residence Permit Front & Back Image.
    2.Copy of company/ Sponsor letter or NOC

    Review and Submit your Application.

    Make sure to review all your information .

    Enter the received OTP on your email and “Verify"

    Await Notification From Qatar QDC

    •  Select the preferred date & time for submission of the application
    • please allow 3 working days . If your Application is successful, QDC will send you a payment notification to complete the Application.

Qatar QDC registration Prerequisites

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Valid Qatar ID (QID) with at least 6 months remaining
  • Minimum basic salary of QAR 3,000 (explicitly stated as "basic" in employer documentation)
  • Proof of private accommodation (hotel stays are ineligible)

Required Documents

 Employer letter on company letterhead (dated within 3 months) confirming:

  • Job title and basic salary
  • Housing allowance or company-provided accommodation
  • Marital status
  • Completed QDC application form
